The Stewart Motor Corporation was structured in 1912 in Buffalo, New York. By 1913 the company had paid off their debts and were getting fleet sales from the U.S. Navy and the Post Office Department. This increase in business put Stewart in direct competition with big manufactures like Studebaker and Willys-Overland. With growing success by 1920, Stewart had more than 300 distributors spanning 21 countries.

Benefitting from a recent frame-off restoration, this 1924 Stewart Canopy Express is finished with green and black two-tone paint and red painted 12-spoke wheels. Adorning the outside is a side-mounted spare tire, cab windshield visor and bed canopy side curtains. Inside the pickup is tailored in brown with a wood dash and steering wheel. Under the hood is a strong inline six-cylinder engine that is couple to a three-speed manual transmission.

This unique pickup is shown nicely and is sure to be a great addition to any collection.
