With both pro-touring cars and pickup trucks being all the rage in the hobby today, this sharp GMC provides a great combination of the two in one smart package. A 454 big block rests nicely in the tidy engine bay that features a unique dual-snorkel cold air cleaner intake system, aluminum radiator, MSD ignition, headers and power brakes. The bed has been finished with wooden inserts, tubbed wheel wells for the massive Mickey Thompson street radials and an aluminum RCI fuel cell. The interior remains “all truck,” and is finished with a black cloth bench seat, tilt steering column, sliding back window, 140 mph speedometer, and Auto Meter tachometer. A slightly lowered suspension and a custom fiberglass raised cowl-induction hood further enhance the proportions of this clean and muscular GMC.
