Chevrolets three series of 1948 passenger cars consisted of the ultra-distinctive Fleetline, the popular Stylemaster and the handsomely-styled Fleetmaster, such as seen with this restomod presentation.

On offer is this Club Coupe that was built in 2011 from a solid car. It has been beautifully finished in Reo Red with stylish black and red interior. The custom dashboard exhibits Dolphin gauges, Painless Performance wiring, Ididit tilt steering column, Corvette steering wheel, floor-shift and stereo with auxiliary connections. The Fleetmaster runs with a 350-cid V-8 engine that is matched to a Turbo 400 transmission and a Chevelle rear end. Additionally the car has Smithy’s mufflers, Diamondback wide whitewall tires, “single bar” wheel covers, is discreetly lowered with the rear wheels covered by “teardrop” skirts to give it the desired “1950s custom look.” The chrome has been replated, and the stainless has been straightened as required and buffed. The engine bay has been fully detailed with the firewall smoothed and the battery has been relocated to a fully detailed trunk.
