Fresh from a restyle in 88, Chevrolet wanted something exciting to offer in their perennial sales leading 1/2 ton pickup. Reaching into their heritage, they chose to create an SS 454 variant as a special edition. Available only in a 1/2 ton regular cab shortbox, the truck came standard with a 454 cid engine. It also featured special decals, fog lights and blacked ot trim. Inside, the SS 454 pickup set itself apart with unique seats and trim. This beautiful example is a 39K mile well cared for truck with the only deviations from stock being the addition of Torq-Thrust wheels and a lowering kit.
