The first year of the first-generation of Starfire, this 1961 is finished in gleaming white and accented with a bright red leather interior and a dark red cloth top. It is powered by a 394-cid V-8 with an automatic transmission. The Starfire model marked the first car to utilize console-mounted automatic shifters. It also was the most expensive Oldsmobile offered in the 1961 model year. The car also features brushed-aluminum side panels plus power brakes, power steering, power windows and power driver's seat.
