Built to specifications from the Howard Hughes Aviation Company, this steam engine (according to old timers at Hughes Aircraft) could generate enough power to move anybody just about as fast as they needed to go. Notably, the engine was believed to have been the prototype for a Steam Bus to built by Hughes. Von Dutch reportedly had the V4 engine running and was something for which he was quite proud.
