Maddy joined the RM team in early 2023 in the role of Financial Services Coordinator, assisting both consignor and bidder to acquire capital for their varying needs. An entrepreneur herself, she led the charge in restoring her family’s 1957 camping trailer—a trailer that sees regular use as a roving concession stand across RM’s home base of Chatham-Kent, often in weddings and corporate events. RM’s own Cars & Coffee has even hosted the caravan, where it doled out refreshments. Balance and organization: these two tenants guide Maddy in most everything she undertakes. Key to this is work-life balance; outside work, she spends much of her free time serving out of her trailer, with her family, or traveling. In the warmer months, she spends her time in the sand playing beach volleyball or on the green with her clubs.
