Addendum: Please note this vehicle is not a Cadillac Eldorado as originally stated in the catalog. It is a Cadillac Series 62.

The famous Cadillac Series 62 Convertible, upon introduction, was widely regarded as one of the most renowned automobiles to travel the world’s highways. It displayed a new, close-to-the-road styling that was immediately apparent in the forward rake of the hood and the massive, distinctively styled grille. The trunklid and rear fenders were of equal height, with the accents of subtle fins, and it produced an effect of greater width. The Series 62 convertible, in every respect, was considered a masterpiece of Cadillac styling and design. Reliable sources show that 9,000 similar cars were built in 1957, and ownership was truly a symbol of one’s personal arrival.

Beautifully restored, this Alpine White example has been part of a private Honduras collection for many years. The Series 62 is powered by a 365-cid, 300-hp V-8 engine equipped with a four-barrel carburetor and matched to a Hydra-Matic transmission. It is reported in magnificent condition in all respects and is stunning in appearance, complemented by a white power convertible top and a “perfect” red and white interior. Well-accessorized, this Series 62 convertible has rare factory air conditioning, AM/FM radio with rear speaker, dual sideview mirrors, whitewall tires, factory wheel covers; power steering, brakes, windows and seat. This beauty is in “showroom condition” with a ride and driving characteristics as solid as its presentation.
