The 1956 Ford Country Squire was well-recognized as America’s most popular Ford station wagon of the period. The six-passenger, four-door platform was traditional in décor with distinctive side trim and most modern in styling and conveniences. It offered, like all 1956 Fords, the protection of Ford's exclusiveLifeguard Design with many safety-engineered features. It was proclaimed to be able to change from "a dutiful 'hauler' to a dressed-up 'caller' in seconds.

This example is reported to have been driven sparingly over the past 59-years and is driven by the 272-cid, 176-hp V-8 engine and automatic transmission. It is presented in Diamond Blue with a complementary two-toned interior and has an AM radio, factory fender skirts, whitewalls and factory wheel covers.
