The 1971 Jaguars Series III XKE would debut an all new engine, the first since the XK120. The new aluminum V-12 was fitted to Series III hardtops and convertibles. An enlarged hood gave a sneak peak to the power house that waited within. The 1973 model year showed little change from the previous years.
Offered here is a beautiful sleek Roadster painted in red with complimenting spoke wheels, white wall tires, chrome bumpers and a trunk mounted luggage rack. The convertible top is black and shows to be in nice shape. The engine is a V-12 connected to a manual shifting gear box. The upholstery is beautifully finished in black leather with a lockable glove compartment, CD stereo and full instrumentation.
