It’s hard not to fondly remember the popular sedan delivery, even more so when it is customized with a modern powerplant and conveniences like this example. It is fresh off of its build with only 100 miles driven since completion. The Ford is powered by a 350-cid, 330-hp V-8 engine that has been bored .030 over and has a mild cam with dual exhaust and is matched to a 700R4 automatic transmission and Ford nine-inch rear end. The engine compartment is nicely detailed with many chrome, stainless and polished aluminum components. Among the conveniences are air condtioning, VDO gauges, halogen headlamps, AM/FM/CD stereo, tinted glass, six-way power seats, sport mirrors, tilt steering column and custom center console. The custom interior features tan leather and a Lacarra banjo steering wheel. Five-spoke Torque Thrust wheels and blackwall tires are a fitting combination for this sharp machine.
