Finished in seldom seen and highly desirable Nero over a matching Nero interior with yellow stitching, this Enzo was delivered new to Germany and its first owner, Walter Rossing of Bad Hersfeld, on 29 April 2004 through Eberlein Automobile, the official Ferrari dealership of Kassel. Black was very seldom specified on the Enzo, and it is believed that about 12 Enzos with varying interior colours left the factory finished in black.

The car remained with Rossing for the vast majority of its life and was driven frequently during his ownership, before passing to its second German owner, from whose collection it is offered today. Well maintained throughout its life, the car’s warranty manual shows services completed on a bi-annual basis, always by Eberlein, with the last service undertaken earlier this year.

All’epoca, nello scrivere di una prova effettuata con la Enzo, in riferimento alla sua velocità massima, Harry Metcalfe ha commentato: "È come se l'auto fosse ricoperta da uno speciale strato di Teflon, che le permette di scivolare senza sforzo alcuno attraverso l'aria fresca notturna. Fatta slava la Veyron, non riesco a pensare a una macchina che prenda velocità altrettanto facilmente come l'Enzo».

Verniciata nella rara, ed estremamente desiderabile, colorazione di Nero su interni Neri con cuciture gialle, questa Enzo è stata consegnata in Germania, tramite la Eberlein Automobile, la concessionaria ufficiale Ferrari di Kassel, al suo primo proprietario, Walter Rossing di Bad Hersfeld, il 29 aprile 2004. Il colore nero è stato richiesto molto raramente su una Enzo e, si ritiene che siano circa 12 le Enzo, con vari colori di interno, che hanno lasciato la fabbrica rifinite in questa tonalità.

L'auto è poi rimasta con Rossing per la maggior parte della sua vita e, durante questa proprietà, venne guidata di frequente. E’ poi passata al secondo proprietario, sempre tedesco, dalla cui collezione è offerta oggi. Ben mantenuta nel corso di tutta la sua vita, il libretto di manutenzione riporta tutti i tagliandi effettuati a cadenza biennale, sempre svolti presso la Eberlein, ha l'ultimo tagliando di manutenzione effettuato all'inizio di quest'anno.
