Jaguar introduced the E-Type Series III in 1971. Carrying on the tradition of the Series I and II, this iconic car was one of the premier British sports car offerings of the time period. The E-Type was available in either a 2+2 coupe or roadster body style. New to the E-Type for the Series III was a V-12 engine, originally developed for Le Mans. Period testing rated the engine at 272-hp, capable of a sub seven second 0 to 60-mph time - impressive for the time period. The Jaguar E-Type Series III was produced through 1974, during which time 7,990 examples were produced. It was replaced in the Jaguar lineup by the XJS.

This 1974 Jaguar E-Type Series III Roadster is presented in white with a black convertible soft-top. The car is powered by a V-12 engine that is paired to an automatic transmission. Power equipment on the car includes steering and brakes. The vehicle rides on thin whitewall tires mounted on wire wheels. The interior of the E-Type is presented in red featuring bucket seats, air conditioning and an AM/FM radio.
