The Triumph Trophy was introduced in 1956. This 1971 Triumph Trophy 500 is presented in a beautiful two-tone orange and white painted gas tank and a white rear fender featuring a license plate bracket. The motorcycle is powered by a 500-cc engine which is paired to a manual transmission with a chain final drive. The bike is reported to be in stock, unmodified condition with a repaint at one point in its life. It appears the motorcycle is riding on newer tires, as both the front and rear tires retain the “new tire nubs.” In addition to the signature high-mounted dual side pipes, this Triumph Trophy features a black leather seat, left-hand sideview mirror, front and rear lighting as well as a speedometer with odometer and trip. Triumph produced the Trophy through the 1973 model year. The Triumph Trophy has become one of the more iconic motorcycles from the 1960s and 1970s. This would make a great addition to any collection.
