This attractive 1963 Volkswagen Beetle is a lovely example that is handsomely finished with a blue exterior and continues to display its very fine restoration. The Beetle’s iconic exterior styling is complemented by an abundance of nicely finished brightwork, front and rear bumper guards, covered headlights, painted steel wheels, chrome “VW” hubcaps and blackwall tires, along with a period-style roof-mounted luggage rack. The interior is handsomely finished with crème upholstery and matching headliner; topped off with a painted dashboard, passenger grab bar and an AM pushbutton radio. Powering the car is an 1192-cc four-cylinder engine, coupled to a four-speed manual transmission. This “Bug” is a lovely example of one of the 20th century’s most historically significant automobiles.
