Starting in 1962, Pontiac offered a good looking, mid-sized coupe called the Le Mans. The Le Mans was hugely popular and in 1968, Pontiac released the third generation of the model. This new Le Mans was built through 1972. It was luxurious in a manageable medium size and chocked with niceties.
This Le Mans convertible is equipped with air conditioning; power steering, windows, brakes and seats. The factory AM/FM radio is still in the car and the white convertible top contrasts well against the red paint and tan interior. Rally II factory wheels with white letter tires help convey the musclecar nature of this very popular platform. Pontiac’s most powerful engine for the third generation LeMans, the 400 cubic inch V-8, is under the hood of this example and it is ready for its next owner to enjoy.
