In the automotive industry, there is no better proof of merit than public approval. In period, more people bought the cars offered by Cadillac than any other auto of equivalent costs. It was conventional wisdom that the main three reasons for this record are beautiful styling, brilliant performance and its well-earned hallmark of prestige.

The exterior is highlighted by full wheel covers, whitewall tires, dual side-mounted spare tires, a rearview facing mirror and dark gray paintwork. Powering the car is a flathead V-8 engine, paired to a floor-shifted manual transmission. The interior on this restored Cadillac is finished with lovely button-tufted seats, wood trim adorning the window frames, a dash that holds a nice white-faced speedometer, clock and a glove compartment.
