This 1948 Ford has been fully customized for fun and functionality. It is fitted with a Chevrolet LT1 engine mated to a 700R-4 automatic transmission. The restoration included removing the body from the frame and removing everything from the chassis. The suspension includes front coil-over shocks for a smooth ride and sporty feel. The leather interior was all customized for this car as well. The builder also wanted to be sure that not only the engine was heard, but also the stereo. When built, the stereo costs alone totaled nearly $35,000! This purple Deluxe Convertible with purple flames is sure to get attention wherever it goes.
