This Rolls-Royce is powered by a 115-hp, 4,257-cc overhead- valve inline six-cylinder engine, mated to a four-speed transmission. The front and rear suspension are semi-elliptic springs with four-wheel drum brakes.

The Wingham was a tremendously successful design by Martin Walter. It is believed to have been used on three Rolls-Royce 25/30s of which this car, chassis number GLP 10, was one. It was reportedly commissioned by the Rootes Group for one of their directors and was acquired by well-known Oregon collector Don Criteser, who went on to restore it. This car has been well-maintained and is finished in a striking combination of silver and maroon, with new maroon canvas top and wool carpets. A recent complete service has been completed by a Rolls-Royce certified mechanic.
