This rare and beautiful 1951 Mercury white on white convertible has been kept in a well preserved, rust-free condition. It has been well maintained and runs great and drives great. Much of the car has been preserved in original condition including the chassis and underbody coatings, and although the body was never removed it was repainted in its original white. The Mercury is originally from Texas with what is believed by the owner to be only 74,000 original miles. This represents one of 6,759 Mercury convertibles produced in 1951.

With its original 255-cid, 112-hp flathead V-8 with three-speed automatic transmission, many other options this beauty contains including power windows and power top with interior light, fender skirts, reverse lights, dual exhaust, dual rearview mirrors, radio, heater, country and city horns, deluxe chrome trim includes gas door guard and lower fender guards. Large chrome exhaust tips round out the beautiful rear end. The door hems are tight with no rust and the inside of the trunk area has little surface rust also. There is also a new blue convertible top that accompanies the Mercury. It is said to have never been installed and is in the box.
