While the 1962 Galaxie 500 may have not offered the bucket seats and fancier trim of the 500XL, it could still be had in a convertible form with a big V-8 engine a seen in this special offering. What makes this Sunliner a little more rare than most is the Code Z 390 cubic inch Interceptor engine rated at 300 horsepower and the floor-shifted manual four-speed transmission. It is fitted with a white vinyl folding top, a tan top boot and the upholstery is nicely presented in white and tan. Other options include an AM radio and power steering.
