Restored in the late 1990s, this Packard 400 remains extensively detailed and is finished in two-tone Citrine and Topaz with the hardtop also in Topaz, and the car has a matching interior that is reported as beautiful and like new. This 400 is stated to be driven by a 352-cid, 290-hp V-8 engine that is paired to an automatic transmission. Among the features are a Wonderbar radio with power antenna; power seat, windows, steering and brakes, front and rear climate control, plus self leveling rear suspension. The car is said to run and drive just like a 1955 Packard off the showroom floor. This model represents the final body style change while under the direction under the direction of the Packard Motor Car Company.
