Reported as a “beautifully original 1971 Mercedes-Benz 300SEL 3.5 model 109.156 with air suspension and is finished in Horizon Blue with factory full Depp Blue leather, including the door panels. It is further reported to be one of only 9,483 built of which far fewer remain. It is fitted with the powerful 3.5-liter, 200-hp V-8 engine and is a remarkably well preserved example that has a sumptuous leather interior and “some of the finest woodwork to ever be in a German car.” The Mercedes-Benz has disc brakes all round and the powerful engine in 1971 made for a a very capable luxury sedan. Additional notable features include factory air conditioning, power windows and working pneumatic power locks. It also includes the original tool roll, warning triangle, Bilstein jack and factory first aid kit.
