The 1936 model update has become greatly sought after by collectors. Holden “Bob” Koto helped work this car into a majestic piece of art history. Ford offered numerous body styles in 1936; with most being open body styles. The Phaeton was advertised with an attractive body, combined with modern styling and V-8 performance, with safety glass and windwings as standard equipment. For this year 5,555 Deluxe Phaetons were produced. In 1936, Ford reached several milestones. Perhaps the most important was that Ford Motor Company earned $17.9 million dollars.
This lovely designed Ford has been restored and painted with tan paintwork.
