Luxury is the hallmark of the Lincoln Continental Convertible of 1963. The exterior and interiors are a symphony of rich colors and gleaming American metal. Other special touches of luxury helped identify Lincoln’s finest including many power and convenience standards that were set off by its style with ageless charm and performance without peer; it has stunning visual appeal from any angle.

All of the 1963 Lincoln Continentals were driven by a 430-cid V-8 engine and a Twin—Range Turbo-Drive automatic transmission. The car being offered is reported as a “very low mile original car with one high-quality finish paint job, everything else is original, including the Honey Beige interior.” It is a spectacular example and is stated to drive like one would hope for – like new. The one repaint was executed in the original Lincoln code A, Black Satin, and the finish is described as “perfect.” The car has approximately 9,130 miles on the odometer, which are original.

The chrome and stainless is show-quality throughout and the factory wheel discs are similarly described. The tires are the correct BFGoodrich Silvertown radial whitewalls. The interior is presented in what many consider the best color available; Honey Beige with the optional darker piping is reported as “simply stunning.” Overall, the original leather upholstery is exceptional, as is the entire interior and its fittings, which includes the carpet, dash and all trim. The engine bay is detailed and is also of show-quality. The trunk is all original and undisturbed, including the spare tire and cover.

It is believed that this Lincoln was with its original owner from Minnesota for a number of years before being part of Jim Miller’s private collection of low-mileage, exceptional cars and later being sparingly used by another caring owner. Its classic styling has proven it cannot be outdated by the calendar and continues to further assure its lasting worth.
