GM styling boss Bill Mitchell had a special fondness for blue Corvettes and this example is evidence to that. He was so fond of the color the 1967 model was available in one of three shades of blue – Marina, Lyndale, and Elkhart! Equipped with the 300-hp, 327-cid V-8, this ‘Vette was converted from a four-speed car to an automatic. The original rebuilt four-speed transmission, bell housing, and shifter are included in the sale. It is equipped with power steering and factory air conditioning.

With just 43,449 actual miles from new, it has been repainted once in 1994. While the original interior is tattered and the carpets faded and soiled, the consigner has receipts of all work done back to 1971. The Rally wheels are fitted with red line radial tires. The consigner describes it as a “killer driver.”
