This Pontiac GTO is powered by a 389-cid V-8 engine that is matched to a four-speed console-shift manual transmission. The engine as an added Tri-power carburertion setup, plus the correct intake manifold and factory four-barrel carb are included in the sale. The rear end is the Safe-T-Track package, this was Pontiac's name for the popular Posi-Traction seen in the Chevrolet line. The car has received a total frame-off restoration and is accompanied by PHS documentation. The GTO is reported to run with its correct drivetrain.
