Every car has different trim lines and Pontiac had the Bonneville as the top-of-the-line, full-size Pontiac. Generally these cars had more powerful engines. Bonneville’s from the 1960s had strong horizontal lines, but still looked sport-like and speedy. The 1963 models switched to vertically stacked headlamps, and the Safari four-door wagon was added to the lineup in place of the Custom wagon. In 1963 less than 6,000 Bonneville Custom Safari Station Wagons were manufactured.

This handsome wagon is reported to be an all original car with 49,552 miles on an exempt title and one repaint, finished in the correct Yorktown Blue which is complemented by matching two-tone and pleated blue vinyl upholstery. The engine is a 389-cid V-8 engine connected to a Hydra-Matic transmission and is equipped with power steering and brakes, plus factory air conditioning. Other equipment includes an AM radio, clock, wide whitewall tires, original spare and spinner wheel covers. The chrome and trim on this car show remain in exceptional condition and the owner reports this car to run and drive excellent.
