New to Chevrolet in 1940 was the Special DeLuxe series. Perhaps surprisingly, the newcomer proved to be, by a wide margin, Chevy's best seller. Joining the Charlie Thomas Collection in 2007, this convertible has much to offer. Most notably, the rich red leather interior and upholstery is of high quality and is complemented by the two-tone wood grained dash and the very desirable steering wheel with an internal spinner mechanism. The black exterior finish is thin in places but still continues to shine. The undercarriage has also been restored and only shows light road use.
