Easily one of the most beautiful and striking motorcycles of the 20th century, the Indian board track racer is among the first generation of motorcycles to ever be built. Offered here is an exceptional Indian Powerplus fitted with a 998-cc ‘flat-head’ V-twin, which was introduced in 1916 to replace the outdated F-head type. Confirming Indian’s commitment to side-valve engines, the Powerplus continued using the all-chain drive that proved so successful in the 1911 Isle of Man TT.
Offered here is a piece of Indian motorcycling history from a time when they were without a doubt the best and most innovative manufacturer in the world.
