Please note the name or company you use to register under will be noted on your invoice if you are successful, and we can only receive payment from the exact same name or company. Please be aware that invoicing details cannot be altered once the lot is won.

Following a successful purchase at auction, bidders are advised that payment is due in full on or before 17:00 of Friday, 1 August. All purchases under €5,000 will be automatically charged to the credit card provided at the point of registration. For all purchases above €5,000, payment must be issued via bank transfer. 

The successful bidder will receive a copy of their invoice with payment instructions on Thursday, 31 July. 

Buyer’s Premium
In addition to the final bid amount, a buyer’s premium of 20% (+19% VAT) is due on each lot purchased.

Taxes/Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any applicable duty and/or local taxes on any lots purchased. International bidders are advised to inform themselves of potential import duties that would be due upon the arrival of the lot to its final destination. You are advised to speak with your local representatives in advance of the sale to understand what these costs may be.

All lots are available for in-person collection from our secure storage facility in Munich, Germany, via prior appointment only and after we have received payment in full, on the following days only: 

Sunday, 3 August
Monday, 4 August
Tuesday, 5 August

We cannot facilitate any third-party courier collections, however our logistics partner MBE Munich will be happy to provide a quote for shipping. 

From Wednesday, 6 August onwards all lots must be shipped with our logistics partner MBE Munich, with whom buyers will need to contact directly:

Buyers are required to make immediate arrangements for the collection and onward shipping of purchased lots. 

All lots will be stored free of charge until Sunday, 17 August. From Monday, 18 August, daily storage charges will commence at a rate of €10 + VAT per lot.   

Please note insurance is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
