Introduced in 1961, the Triumph TR4 manufactured by the Triumph Motor Company utilized numerous chassis and drive train components of the predecessor Triumph but featured a body of all new design by Giovanni Michelotti. Advanced features included the first use of adjustable fascia ventilation in a production car. The TR4 also featured rack and pinion steering, imitation wood dash trim, a full synchromesh transmission, and a 1991-cc four-cylinder, wet-sleeve engine with cylinder liners based on designs for a Massey-Ferguson tractor engine. This 1963 Triumph TR4 roadster features the optional dual carburetion, and forty-eight lace chrome wire wheels.
