- One of the earliest Bell Helmets used by Schumacher, being the fourth made; features wet weather visor and air vents
- Believed to be worn during the German Grand Prix weekend, with changed stickers due to tobacco advertising restrictions
- Thought to have been used in qualifying for the 1992 Belgian Grand Prix
- Gifted to the consigning owner (then a Benetton team mechanic) by Michael Schumacher following his victory at the Belgian Grand Prix at Spa-Francorchamps
