Please note this lot is comprised of two motor cars which are both subject to VAT. The 2024 Mercedes-AMG ONE will account for 85% of the hammer price, and the 2021 Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series Project One Edition will account for 15% of the hammer price. As such please note that this lot is subject to VAT on 85% of the total purchase price for the Mercedes-AMG ONE (both the hammer price portion and buyer’s premium portion). The Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series has been driven for no more than 6,000 kilometres. For this reason, the Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series can be considered “as new” for VAT purposes, and VAT will be due on 15% of the total purchase price (both the hammer price portion and buyer’s premium portion). If the lot sells within Germany, VAT will not be due on the Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series but will be due on the Mercedes-AMG ONE.
