The lovely bar offered here was purchased by the Milhous brothers at auction and subsequently restored to its present condition. When purchased, the Alabaster columns were painted and the marble badly stained, however, these components were all perfectly restored and are now highlights of the back bar's construction and restoration. Illumination for the back bar is provided by four red and green tulip glass shades signed "Handel" and a pair of lovely two-light sconces mounted out of lion's mouths on each side. It has a large one-piece glass back which highlights the extensive ornamental wood lattice carving across the top. The back bar measures approximately 144 in. across and is nearly eight feet tall. The front portion of the bar is of new construction but matches quite well and measures almost 163 in. long.

Included are five bar stools that were utilized in the Milhous Collection with the soda fountain bar described above. They are custom made, featuring a red-and-cream striped fabric and gold-painted trim and are of new construction by Beverly. Each stool measures approximately 17 in. by 48 in. Both the front and back bars show some wear from use and social events, however, they remain very nice with really only minor scratching on their practical surfaces. The front bar shows slightly more wear than the back bar overall. The stools are very nice with minor wear though some indications of use.
