Addendum
This motorcycle has either been driven for no more than 6,000 kilometres or is less than 6 months of age from new. For this reason, the motor car is considered ‘as new’ for VAT purposes. Please note that due to VAT requirements this lot may only be sold for export and trade. Interested private buyers, please contact RMS directly.

Michael Schumacher famously wasted no time on the racetrack, while the seven-time Drivers' World Champion was just as keen to utilise every minute outside of the team car. For that reason, away from the racing action, Schumacher was often pictured at Grands Prix saving time with a very different set of wheels. It is believed that Scuderia Ferrari had 20 scooters built for the team to use at Grands Prix. The Vespa ET4 bikes were made by Piaggio with a dedicated Ferrari livery and, of course, finished in Rosso for team colours. The example offered here was registered new on an Italian libretto titled to Ferrari SpA. It is presented for sale having covered only 2,039 kilometres and is offered still fitted with its 2001 paddock pass. It comes with a Certificate of Origin issued by Piaggio in 2019, further to a red Bieffe helmet.
