This work by Enzo Naso depicts the legendary “Million-Franc” Delahaye 145 as piloted by Peter Mullin at the Le Mans Classic race in 1996. Naso executed the work that same year. It is acrylic on canvas and is signed on the front with a dedication to Mullin on the reverse.
Italian-born Naso began painting in 1977. His works depict many automotive and racing scenes, including posters for the Mille Miglia and Tour Auto. In 1994, he began a collaboration with Ferrari, becoming the official licensee of work for the manufacturer through 2011.
