With over $170,000 invested to build it, this all-steel Ford is equipped with a built-up flathead V-8 from Motor City Speed Equipment of Dundee, Michigan and is an elite eight-time winner at the Detroit Autorama. The air conditioning and alternator are driven off the driveshaft and it is equipped with a power rumbleseat and Halibrand quick-change rear end with independent suspension. Says the consigner, “Underneath this car is as nice as or nicer than the top side . . . only showed this one as a trailer queen.”
