The FJ43 is raved about by those in the know, and it is considered to be the rarest of the Land Cruiser line. This particular example has received a “nuts-and-bolts” restoration with strong emphasis on utilizing OEM parts. It carries its original convertible top with a new dash-pad and knee-pads. The seating has been upgraded to leather. The weather-stripping is all new. Rear seats are parallel to the bed sides.
The engine has undergone a full rebuild, the chassis has been powder-coated, and the engine compartment is also restored. The Toyota has five new wheel rims and hubcaps; they are fitted with new 33-inch B.F. Goodrich tires. This FJ43 has been lifted 2.5-inches with a custom-fabricated Old Man Emu suspension. The front is set up with an 8,000-lbs. Warn winch.
