It is reported that this beautiful 1949 Chevrolet Deluxe Gasser "needs nothing." It has been the recipient of a complete frame-off restoration. The car has a 355-cid engine that is .030 over with Summit Racing steel heads, headers and two four-barrel carburetors. It is connected to a Cohen racing transmission with a Lokar shifter. The gearing is 4.10:1 with an 8.8 rearend that has positraction. The Chevy has cheater slicks with new wheels and tires. The interior is equipped with a Flaming River tilt wheel, plus full instrumentation, including tach. The are adjustable ladder bars, and the car has a fiberglass tilt front. This car is being offered to make room for a new acquisition by the owner.
