375 bhp, 429 cu. in. OHV V-8 engine, three-speed automatic transmission, coil spring independent front suspension, live rear axle with semi-elliptic leaf springs, and disc-front and drum-rear power hydraulic brakes. Wheelbase: 109 in.

The year 1969 saw “Boss” Mustang models offered in 302- and 429-cubic inch configurations, as well as the new Mach 1 fastback coupe. Available only with the sportsroof, as the fastback style had been renamed, it could be had with V-8s from 351- to 428-cubic inches, and, after the Boss 429 was dropped for 1971, two 429s, the Cobra Jet and Super Cobra Jet. An early version appeared in the James Bond film Diamonds are Forever.

Equipped with the top-line 375 brake horsepower Super Cobra Jet engine, this Mach 1 has the coveted Ram Air option, as well as power steering, power front disc brakes, and air conditioning. Showing fewer than 44,000 miles, it is clean throughout. Other equipment includes an 8,000 rpm tachometer, an AM/FM stereo radio, and an electric clock. A stunner in Medium Yellow Gold, an archetypal Mach 1 hue, this Mustang never fails to impress.

Marti Report included.
