200 hp, 289 cu. in. V-8 engine, two-barrel carburetor, automatic transmission, independent front suspension, live rear axle, and front disc and rear drum brakes. Wheelbase: 108 in.

First made available in 1965, the 2+2 fastback body style gave customers shopping for a Mustang three styles to choose from. When Carroll Shelby created his GT350, he chose the fastback for its aerodynamic advantages over the regular hardtop design. This dark teal offering has been upgraded with several GT options, including front fog lamps, side emblems, and a rear trumpet exhaust. The exterior presents very well as a driver, with good panel fit and good sheet metal displaying only minor wear. The underside has been fully undercoated for preservation, and the engine and trunk compartment show a bit of road wear. Driver comforts include a console shift automatic transmission, power steering, a remote mirror, factory air conditioning, and fresh upholstery. This is a very attractive driver’s fastback that begs to be enjoyed on the road.
