The Pininfarina-designed and Scaglietti-built 308 continue to be recognized as one of the finest modern road cars from Ferrari. Introduced at Paris in 1975, the gorgeous 308 replaced the Dino 246 and, soon thereafter, the 308 GT4. The first 300 cars were bodied in fiberglass, and the remainder of production was in steel.
Finished in black, this car is fitted with a removable targa top and is complemented by a lovely tan leather interior. It is equipped with the 2.9-liter, 240-hp V-8 engine fueled by Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection backed by a five-speed manual gearbox. Options include: air conditioning; power steering, brakes and windows, plus it now has a more modern radio with a CD player. The car has independent suspension and four-wheel disc brakes. It is still sporting its factory alloy wheels, and the odometer shows just over 51,000 miles.
This car is still presented in excellent condition. This is a timeless Pininfarina design that is ready for top-removed, open motoring for a fraction of the cost of a modern Ferrari.
