By 1971, Dodge had introduced its third iteration of the Charger. Sporting all new sheet metal, for the Dodge Charger had become an icon in the world of muscle cars. The SE high-grade package was again available in 1972 and included a vinyl landau top and hideaway headlamps. Factory equipped with a 318 V-8, this extremely well preserved Dodge shows only 24,000 miles and still wears the original chalk marks and stickers in the spotless engine bay. Options include power steering and brakes, air conditioning, column shift automatic transmission, and an AM radio. The green and white plaid cloth and vinyl interior is a trip back in time with hardly a blemish to be found. This 1972 Charger served as the last gasp for pure muscle from Mopar, and this splendid example is sure to bring back those motoring memories.
