This is a Rambler American that is in its stock configuration, except for new paint in 1975. It is a factory original with a V-8 engine, factory four-speed with 3:54.1 gears in a posi-traction rear end. The Rambler is reported to be “super clean, super straight, rust-free, low mileage of 68,840 and in excellent condition.”

This model is described as a key player in the musclecar era, being built before the famous SC/Rambler. The owner has pampered this car and has consistently maintained it, and it is displayed in near-original condition using the utmost attention to detail. The car has an excellent interior, clean and tight undercarriage, all solid steel body and the powerful 290-cid, 225-hp engine.

The car has always been garage-kept and contributes to its fine condition. It is reported this car was originally factory-ordered from Ram-Hill Motors in North Vancouver, British Columbia and was registered December 23, 1966. It is stated that there were less than 100 delivered in Canada with this factory-ordered package.
