Heavy-duty, fully synchronized transmission with Hurst shifter. Dual exhausts, Redline tires. You sure wouldn’t name a machine like that “mom.”

This fine example also has the four-speed Hurst shifter manual transmission, desirable hood tach, Rally II wheels, bucket seats, console, seatbelts, factory air conditioning, radio; power top, steering and brakes. In 1969, 11,649 Firebird convertibles were built – far fewer in this inspiring configuration.
