Zimmer was the neo-classic automaker that was based out of New York. The goal of the company was to build affordable luxury cars with modern conveniences and styling. Founded in 1978 and closed the doors a short time later in 1988. However the company was required in 1997 by a new owner and continues the business of building neo-classic automobiles. The Tiffany is a car modified that used Mercury Cougar as the basis for their luxurious car.

This 1988 Mercury Tiffany is equipped with a Ford chassis and drivetrain. The engine is a 5.0-liter V-8 with an automatic transmission with overdrive. It is loaded with many expected options: power steering, brakes, windows, locks, air-conditioning, and cruise control. The body is finished in white, with dual fender mounted spare tires and moderate use of chrome beautifies the exterior of the car. The interior has grey leather bucket seats with matching carpet and is rolling on wire wheels with white wall tires.
