  • A striking homage to one of the greatest James Bond cars of all time
  • One of just 50 ‘OHMSS’ Editions built, and of only seven thought delivered to the United States
  • Finished in Olive Green over a black leather and grey Alcantara interior
  • Just two owners from new; odometer reads less than 3,600 miles

Announced in 2019 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the James Bond classic On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, the Aston Martin DBS Superleggera ‘OHMSS’ Edition paid homage to one of the greatest Bond cars of all time—the 1969 Aston Martin DBS that starred in the sixth on-screen outing for Ian Fleming’s dashing secret agent.

The limited-edition model combined the blistering performance and cutting-edge technology of Aston Martin’s celebrated DBS Superleggera with timeless styling inspired by the silver screen star, to create arguably the most desirable iteration of the firm’s flagship V-12 supercar. With just one example built for each year that has passed since the film’s release—making for a total production run of just 50 cars—it is also one of the rarest.

Finished in the same Olive Green shade as the original DBS, the ‘OHMSS’ Edition also boasted striking diamond-turned forged alloy wheels, a bespoke grille, carbon fibre splitter, and advanced aero blades. Inside, each example was trimmed in sumptuous black leather coupled with grey Alcantara and red accents, mirroring the red-trimmed glovebox from the star car that housed James Bond’s telescopic-sight rifle.

Of the 50 ‘OHMSS’ Edition examples built by Aston Martin, it is believed just seven were exported to the United States. Among that rare cohort is chassis 01677, which was first delivered to California. Offered today from just its second owner, this rare and deeply appealing DBS Superleggera has covered just 3,600 miles from new and remains in excellent condition throughout. It is accompanied by an Aston Martin-branded umbrella, its original owner’s manual, car cover, battery tender, and clean CARFAX report.

Considered by many to be the most attractive and desirable of all DBS Superleggera variants, the ‘OHMSS’ Edition remains highly sought-after and hugely collectable three years after its introduction. The embodiment of British sporting luxury and sophistication, these immensely appealing machines represent the very best of Aston Martin, while celebrating one of the greatest on-screen dynasties of all time.

As one of just seven cars thought to have been sold stateside, this well-kept example presents an opportunity not to be missed.
