In 1985, Ferrari replaced the 308 with the 328. While looking similar to the 308, Pininfarina modernized the design with improved aerodynamics. The 328 was offered in both hardtop (GTB) and Targa/Spider (GTS) body style configurations. Its new V-8 featured a Marelli electronic ignition system as well as Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection. The car was capable of achieving 60-mph in a mere 5.9-seconds, as well as top speed of 163-mph, both impressive statistics for the time period. The 328 was produced through 1989. Over the course of production about 6,068 Ferrari 328 GTS’ were built.
This 1987 Ferrari 328GTS is presented in gold. It’s powered by a 3,185-cc, 270-hp V-8 engine which is paired to a five-speed manual transmission. Power equipment on the car includes windows and brakes. The interior is completed in tan and brown and features bucket seats, air conditioning and a radio.
