According to the Ford Motor Company, 10,534,992 people visited a dealership or someplace that the Model A was being unveiled on the very day it was released. It is believed that by the end of the following week, over 25 percent of the country had gone out to see the new Ford Model A. One of the most attractive features for consumers was the price. Originally introduced with a price of $385, it was hardly more costly than the previous year’s Model T.

The Model A Phaeton is the perfect touring car. It comes with a black foldable top for fresh-air touring and plenty of cabin space for passengers. The exterior is shown with tan paintwork with a brown belt line and complementing black fenders. The outside of the car has black wire-spoke wheels, headlight-bar-mounted horn, polished radiator shell, chrome front bumper; and the correct rear chrome bumper that splits to accommodate the spare tire. The engine bay holds an inline four-cylinder engine with nice patina. Backing the engine is the standard three-speed manual transmission. The interior of the Model A has a body colored dash; and front and back passenger bench seating.
